Beyond the Horizon - Brigid character design

Character design of Brigid the Poet, for my personal project Beyond the Horizon.
Main villain and one of the 5 most important magicians of the organisation called the Witnesses of the Prime Mover, she plays poems with a celtic harp to express her magic (pursuing a form of art is a way magicians use to control their magic power). At first impression she could look like a nice angel who likes making kids laugh with her joyful nursery rhymes, but in reality she plays these poems to control their minds and to force them to follow her lead. Her usual natural element is water, used to heal wounds while she sings poems, but sometimes she can do offensive attacks with fire element.
